Experience
Siobhán served as Vice President, Global Change Management Lead for Outsourcing Governance and Control, with Deutsche Bank on 60 Wall Street, New York, after holding the role of Compliance Manager with the financial institution in Berlin, designing, building, managing and leading a centralized, global one-stop-shop for Compliance in the area of Vendor Risk Management setting up processes, systems and teams to support 80+ locations around the world.
Siobhán’s background is in Production Management securing her first job after university in a print packaging manufacturer, going on to hold the position as Production Manager with Reed Elsevier (now RELX) in the Netherlands managing the print production of several magazine titles. From there, she worked as Production Manager with The Wall Street Journal Europe published by Dow Jones & Company in Brussels until the takeover by News Corp. and she managed the print production of the newspaper and associated magazines in various European printing plants.
Siobhán has since built, and is managing and leading, a global team to support EMCC, a global coaching industry body.
Siobhán is a qualified personal, leadership and executive coach and is EMCC accredited at Senior Practitioner level. She holds qualifications in Corporate Governance, Third Party Risk and Global Financial Compliance. She is engaged as mentor with The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) supporting governance professionals, with Connect Denmark, advising small businesses in Denmark and Carmichael supporting non-profits with their good governance initiatives.
